Universal Dental Surgery has been providing affordable dental services at Khatib neighbourhood (Yishun) for over 20 years. Formerly located on the second level of Apex Medical Clinic, we have moved and expanded to a neighbouring unit 2 doors away since November 2019.
With bigger premises, improved facilities and increased dental personnel we strive to serve our patients even better using state of the art dental technology.

MEDISAVE ACCREDITED
Medisave can be used for certain surgical dental procedures such as dental implants, wisdom teeth removal and gum surgery. The amount claimable for each surgical procedure is subjected to approval by the Ministry of Health (MOH)/CPF Board.

DR DANNY LEE
Dental Surgeon
Dr Lee is the principal dental surgeon in our practice. Graduated in 1992, he has been serving the dental needs of the community for over 20 years after leaving the government service. With his love for General Dentistry and with a special interest in Orthodontics(Braces), Dr Lee treats his patients with care and empathy. A firm believer in continuing dental education, Dr Lee keeps abreast with current dental developments by attending numerous Continuing Education Programmes. He has participated in overseas dental mission and enjoys running and hiking in his free time.
DR HELENA CONDOTTA
Dental Surgeon
Dr Helena enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, and has a keen interest in root canal treatment. Her priority is to ensure that all patients feel as comfortable as possible during treatment, and that measures are taken to help nervous patients feel at ease. In her free time, Dr Helena enjoys relaxing with a good book to read. She also dedicates her time volunteering at the Ren Ci Nursing Home to assist in providing patient care to those in need.
DR ANTHONY GOH
Visiting Dental Surgeon
Dr Goh’s dentistry expertise is in wisdom teeth removal, dental implants and oral surgery. He is also excellent with medically compromised patients and special needs children and adults. He is known for his management of dental treatment for those terrified of the dentist, allaying their fears and putting
the patients’ interests first. Dr Goh is also a lecturer and examiner in the Dental Surgery Assistant’s Course conducted by the Institute of Technical Education. He is involved in overseas mission trips and relishes being able to help others with his skills. He also travels to teach dentists abroad to perform good and safe wisdom teeth removal.
MS CHEN SHANMIN
Dental Hygienist
Ms Chen graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic with a Diploma in Oral Health Therapy. As a dental hygienist, Shanmin works closely with our team of dental surgeons to provide holistic dental care to all patients. She has experience in both the public and private sectors, with more than 10 years in Universal Dental Surgery alone. Passionate in her budding profession, Shanmin was actively involved in the Association for Oral Health Therapists. In her free time, she enjoys yoga and pilates.
